Writing a review as per Max Insurance they couldn’t finalize my claim as your report has not yet been sent to them. You came to my home for the deck inspection on June 17th and as per my insurance no report has been sent to them that is why my damaged deck is still damaged. I messaged one of your staff that did the inspection and he never responded. Its almost two months and summer is ending. Two months and you can’t submit the report. Report should’ve been send 24 to 48hrs I work in the collision industry and we have to send our estimate to the insurance within that time frame. Summer is almost done and we couldn’t enjoy our yard because of your report.
